Meme Monday

Here is a selection of preschool memes I found via Pinterest that I think you’ll find interesting.

Although I’m at home with my baby during this really nice maternity leave, I do miss teaching, guiding and playing with my students. At the same time though, I do remember the challenges of being a preschool teacher.

The memes below were meant to be light-hearted and fun.
Please take a look:

I laughed at this one the hardest:

Great compilation of memes. When i was a student in school, i was at least in top 3 troublemakers.

    1. LOL! I’m sure the teacher still loved and took care of you Roman. And if they didn’t shame on them!

Ahahah very funny! I didn’t know being a preschool teacher could be that hard but then I remember when I was younger and I had to babysit my neighbor‘s kids and it was… pretty much the same ahah! I particularly love the one saying “No one threw up or cried today, today was a good day”. Thanks for sharing!

    1. LOL! I’m glad you liked it Audrey. That reminds me, when I was nearing the end of my pregnancy, I had posted memes on my Facebook account about how it felt like to be in my last trimester. I should post those too. They were pretty funny.

This is a great fun post, thanks for sharing. As a mom of 2 boys, I can relate to a lot of these memes. I clean my house, then after 5 minutes of them getting home from school, the place looks like a hurricane hit it lol. I have a lot of admiration and respect for anyone who works as a teacher 🙂

    1. Thank you Helen! Two boys?!?! Oh my! From what I also hear is that your grocery bill seems to double in size, lol! One of my girlfriends just had her fourth boy!!!

Back in the 1950’s (date correct) and in New Zealand, Memes would have been something I would have loved to use and play with as a child. Today, decades later I have a 48-card deck called The Four Agreements which have beautiful images on one side and a thought provoking saying on the other side. I’ve been using these daily for more than 20 years and find them a fun and positive thing to do.

    1. Memes are great. I’m going to look up The Four Agreements deck of cards. It sounds interesting to have. Maybe it’s also somewhere on Pinterest.
